The performers are violinist Noah Bendix-Balgley, concertmaster of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and laureate of numerous international competitions (Queen Elisabeth, Long-Thibaud) and pianist Reiko Hozu, professor at the Paris Conservatory and winner of the J.S. Bach Competition in Tokyo. Recorded in the Salle Bleu in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, a concert hall with legendary acoustics.
